Track your order
From first scan to doorstep
A tracking link is emailed and texted on the day we hand the parcel over. This page explains what the scans mean.
Packing
Picking and boxing, which produces no scan at all.
Courier time
From the first scan onward, cities arriving sooner.
The whole span
Our days and theirs, combined.
Checking on a parcel
Take the number in the dispatch email straight to the courier’s website. Third-party trackers lag behind the source.
- email and SMS both carry the link, sent on dispatch day
- nothing appears immediately; the first event takes a few hours
- a still page on a Sunday is normal; it moves again on Monday
When to tell us
Tell [email protected] if nothing has changed in seventy-two hours, or if it claims to be delivered when it is not. We handle the courier.
Please do not re-order because tracking looks stuck. Nine times out of ten the parcel is moving and the scan is late, and a duplicate order only creates a second return.
Delivery windows and charges are on the Shipping Policy, and [email protected] answers during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
