Getting your order
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Nothing at ₹2,999 and over, a flat ₹99 under it. Packing is 1-2 business days, transit 3-9 business days, total 4-11 business days.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery is how it works here, handed to the courier on arrival. The Payment Policy explains.
How do I track my order?
Tracking reaches you on dispatch day by email and text. See the Track Your Order page for what the scans mean.
If something goes wrong
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes. The window is 7 days from delivery and the item has to come back unused and boxed. Conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. This is arrival cover, not a warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
Care and use
Do you install the machine?
No. Delivery is to your door, and the installation and inlet plumbing are arranged by you. The inlet and drain requirements are on the listing so you can check before ordering.
What supply does it need?
Indian 230 V mains and a standard socket. Water pressure requirements are on each listing, and the zero-pressure models are the ones that cope with an overhead tank.
Can I return a machine because it does not fit?
Measure first. Once a machine has been plumbed in and run, it counts as used. An unopened, unplumbed unit inside the window is a different matter.
Is there a manufacturer warranty?
Any warranty is whatever the manufacturer states on the product itself. What we provide is the damaged or dead-on-arrival route described in the returns policy, and we do not describe that as a warranty.
Is there a showroom?
No; there is nowhere to visit. Orders ship from Jaipur, Rajasthan and we answer during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
