Sending something back
The window is real, and so are the limits
This page covers the 7 days return window, the damage route, and how refunds are paid.
The window
From delivery onward, to let us know you want to send it back.
Refund window
Following inspection of what comes back.
Damage report
Video included, for damage, a fault or a missing piece.
Getting a return going
Returns start with an email to [email protected]. We come back within 1 to 2 business days with the authorisation and the address.
We cannot process a return we were not expecting. The authorisation is what ties the parcel to your order.
What we accept
The item has to be unused and complete in its original box, invoice included. We resell what comes back, and it has to be sellable.
What does not qualify
- items that have been used rather than merely tried
- items returned incomplete, or without their inner packaging and inserts
- bulky products returned loose rather than boxed
- end-of-line and clearance goods, labelled on the listing
- gift cards, which cannot be refunded
If it arrives broken
Film yourself opening the parcel. An unbroken unboxing video is the single piece of evidence that settles a courier damage claim quickly; without it we are arguing with a logistics partner on your behalf with nothing to show them.
Tell us inside 48 hours, sending the video and a picture of the outer box. A replacement or a full refund follows, and we pay the return shipping.
None of this is a warranty. It is a remedy for what arrives broken or wrong, which is a different and shorter thing.
Getting your money back
Within 10 business days of a cleared return we transfer the refund. You confirm the bank or UPI details in writing and the money goes there.
Cancelling before anything ships is a different and simpler route: see the Cancellation Policy.
