Dispatch and handling
Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are picked the same working day. After that they join the following morning’s batch.
Our packing window is 1-2 business days and we dispatch six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
Packing is matched to what is in the box. Top-load washing machines and home appliances in particular gets more padding than a courier’s minimum.
What you pay to have it sent
Delivery is free on orders of ₹2,999 and above. Below that a flat ₹99 is added at checkout, anywhere in India.
The delivery line at checkout is the only delivery charge. Nothing else is added later.
Every order on this site is a Cash on Delivery order, collected when the parcel is handed to you.
Courier and tracking
We hand parcels to courier partners chosen for the destination. You receive tracking by email and SMS on dispatch day.
Scans sometimes pause for a day without the parcel stopping. If nothing has updated for seventy-two hours, write to us and we will take it up with the courier rather than sending you to do it.

Where we ship
- Domestic delivery only, anywhere in India
- Street addresses only; no PO boxes, no APO or FPO addresses
- A parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above
