1. Payment Highlights

2. Currency
All prices displayed on belveracircle.shop are in Pounds
Sterling (GBP / £). We do not support multi-currency checkout. If you are paying with an
international card or a non-GBP PayPal account, your bank or PayPal will apply its own currency conversion rate
and may charge a foreign-transaction fee — these charges are determined by your card issuer or PayPal and are
beyond our control.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following three payment methods on belveracircle.shop.
We do not accept any other payment option, including digital wallets, Cash on Delivery (COD), buy-now-pay-later
(BNPL), cryptocurrency, cheques, or bank transfers.
3.1 Visa
We accept all Visa credit and debit cards, including Visa Classic, Visa Gold,
Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, and Visa Business cards, issued anywhere in the world. All Visa
transactions are protected with 3D Secure 2 / Visa Secure authentication and Strong Customer
Authentication (SCA) as required under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSD2).
3.2 MasterCard
We accept all MasterCard credit and debit cards, including MasterCard Standard,
Gold, Platinum, Titanium, World, and World Elite, issued anywhere in the world. All MasterCard transactions are
protected with MasterCard Identity Check and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) as required
under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSD2).
3.3 PayPal
We accept payments through PayPal, one of the world’s most
trusted online payment platforms. PayPal allows you to pay securely without sharing your card details directly
with us. Key points:
- You may pay using your PayPal balance or any card/bank account linked to your PayPal account.
- PayPal handles its own currency conversion for non-GBP accounts at the prevailing PayPal exchange rate.
- PayPal Buyer Protection may apply to eligible transactions, subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.
- Refunds for PayPal orders are processed back to your PayPal account; the credit timeline depends on PayPal’s
policies (typically 3–7 working days).
4. Payment Security
Your financial security is our highest priority. All payments on
belveracircle.shop are processed through secure, FCA-authorised, third-party payment gateways with
the following safeguards:
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment partners are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data
Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1 — the highest security standard for card data. - SSL/TLS Encryption: Every page on which payment data is entered is secured with 256-bit SSL
encryption, indicated by the padlock icon in your browser address bar. - Tokenisation: Sensitive card data is tokenised in line with PCI-DSS tokenisation
standards. - 3D Secure / SCA Verification: All Visa and MasterCard transactions require additional
authentication through 3D Secure 2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), as required under the Payment
Services Regulations 2017 (PSD2). - PayPal Security: PayPal transactions are protected by PayPal’s own multi-layer fraud
prevention and buyer-protection systems. - No Card Storage: belveracircle.shop does NOT store your
complete card number, CVV, expiry date, or PIN on our servers. We will never ask you to share these details
over email, phone, or social media.
5. Payment Gateway Partners
We work with reputable FCA-authorised payment service providers to process Visa
and MasterCard transactions securely. PayPal transactions are processed directly through PayPal’s secure
platform. The actual gateway routing your transaction may be displayed at the time of payment.
6. VAT and Taxes
- We are not currently VAT-registered. Therefore, no VAT is charged on your order and no VAT invoice is issued. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay, with no additional taxes added.
- No hidden taxes or surcharges will be added after checkout.
7. Billing & Invoicing
- Payment is captured at the time of order placement.
- Bank/credit card statements will reflect the descriptor “belveracircle.shop” or the
registered name of our payment gateway / PayPal partner. - An invoice is automatically generated upon order confirmation and sent to your registered email address.
- Your billing address must match the address registered with your card issuer or PayPal account for security
purposes; mismatches may cause the transaction to be flagged or declined.
8. Failed, Declined, or Pending Transactions
Sometimes payments fail or remain pending due to network issues, bank-side
declines, insufficient funds, authentication timeout, or temporary gateway downtime. In such cases:
- Order Not Confirmed: If the payment fails, your order will not be created. You may retry
payment using the same or a different supported method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). - Amount Deducted but Order Not Confirmed: If money is debited but you do not see an order
confirmation, do not worry. Your bank or payment provider will automatically reverse the amount,
typically within 7–10 working days, to the original payment method. PayPal-side reversals are
typically faster (1–3 working days). - Stuck Payment: If you do not see the refund within the timeframe above, please email us at
[email protected] with the subject “Payment Issue — [Transaction
Reference]” along with: full name, registered email, the cart amount, transaction date/time, and the
transaction or PayPal reference. We will coordinate with our gateway partner to trace and resolve the
issue. - Response Time: Payment-related emails are addressed within 24 working
hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
9. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
belveracircle.shop reserves the right to:
- Hold, review, or cancel any transaction or order that appears suspicious, unauthorised, or inconsistent with
normal customer behaviour; - Request additional identity or address verification (e.g., a confirmation email reply, a phone callback, or
a photo ID) before dispatching high-value orders; - Decline orders placed from blacklisted IPs, flagged accounts, or via known fraudulent payment patterns;
- Report suspected fraud to the appropriate bank, payment gateway partner, PayPal, Action Fraud, or law
enforcement.
If your order is held for verification, we will contact you by email within 24
working hours. Orders not verified within 3 working days may be cancelled, and any amount paid will be refunded
in full.
10. Refund Payment Methods
When a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment
method used at the time of purchase, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Specifically:
- Visa Card: Refunded to the same Visa card. Typically reflects within 7–10 working
days, depending on your card issuer. - MasterCard: Refunded to the same MasterCard. Typically reflects within 7–10 working
days, depending on your card issuer. - PayPal: Refunded back to your PayPal account or the original funding source linked to
PayPal. Typically reflects within 3–7 working days, depending on PayPal’s policies. - Store Credit Option: You may optionally choose to receive your refund as store
credit valid for 12 months — instant credit, usable on any future purchase.
11. What We Do NOT Store
For your security, belveracircle.shop does not store any of the
following on our servers:
- Full credit/debit card numbers
- Card Verification Value (CVV/CVC)
- Card expiry dates
- 3D Secure passwords or card PINs
- PayPal login credentials or PayPal passwords
All sensitive payment data is processed and stored exclusively by
FCA-authorised, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partners and by PayPal directly. Our team will NEVER
ask you to share any of these details over email, phone, WhatsApp, social media, or any other
channel. If anyone claiming to be from belveracircle.shop requests such
information, please do not share it and report the incident immediately to [email protected].
12. International Cards & PayPal Accounts
We accept international Visa and MasterCard payments, as well as PayPal payments
from international PayPal accounts, subject to:
- The card or PayPal account being enabled for online international transactions;
- Successful 3D Secure / SCA / PayPal authentication;
- The shipping address being within the United Kingdom — we currently do not ship
internationally, even if payment is made from outside the United Kingdom.
Currency conversion to GBP is performed by your card issuer or by PayPal based
on their prevailing exchange rate. Any foreign-transaction fees or PayPal conversion fees are charged by your
bank or PayPal and are not controlled by us.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a charge, please first email us at [email protected] with subject “Payment Dispute — [Order Number]”.
We strive to resolve disputes amicably within 15 days. Nothing in this section affects
your right to use your card issuer’s or PayPal’s chargeback scheme, or your rights under Section 75 of the
Consumer Credit Act 1974 (which may make your credit card provider jointly liable for eligible purchases between
£100 and £30,000). We simply ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter quickly.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be contested with the help of our payment gateway partners.
14. Pricing Accuracy
In the unlikely event of a pricing error on our Website (such as an incorrectly
displayed price for a product), belveracircle.shop reserves the right to cancel orders placed
at the erroneous price and issue a full refund to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). We
will notify affected customers by email within 2 working days of identifying the error.
15. Important Notes

https://and shows a padlock icon before entering any
payment information. - Use trusted devices and secure internet connections when making online payments.
- Do not share your one-time passcodes, card details, or PayPal password with anyone, including persons

your order is the one published at the time of payment. - This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute; however, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern
Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
