Calling it off
Before the courier, it is easy
Free until the parcel is handed over, and nothing is deducted if you are in time.
Cancelling before dispatch
Send the order number to [email protected] and ask us to cancel. Nothing is deducted and the full amount is returned.
Our packing window is only 1-2 business days, so a cancellation that arrives late becomes a return instead.
After dispatch
We cannot pull a parcel back from a courier network. Either decline it at the door or accept it and use the Refund and Returns Policy.
When the shop cancels
Sometimes an order cannot be filled, because stock is damaged, a price was wrong on the page, or the address is one no courier of ours reaches. We tell you that working day and refund everything paid.
How the money comes back
With payment due on delivery, a cancellation before dispatch leaves no balance either way. Any amount that was collected is refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
No cancellation fee exists here, whole or partial, however late the request.
