You may check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account on

Q3.2 — How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred product, add to cart, fill in your shipping address, and complete payment through our secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.
Q3.3 — Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch,

Number]” or “Order Cancellation — [Order Number]”. Even after dispatch, you retain your statutory right to cancel
under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see Section 5).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Q4.1 — Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
Q4.2 — Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free shipping on every order across United Kingdom, with
no minimum order value. There are no hidden handling, packaging, or fuel surcharges at checkout.
Q4.3 — How long does delivery take?
- Order Processing: 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
- Delivery after Dispatch: 3–5 working days for most locations across United Kingdom.
- Total Estimated Timeline: 4–7 working days from order placement.
Q4.4 — How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking
number and a direct tracking link from our courier partner. You can also log in to your
belveracircle.shop account and view tracking information under “My Orders”.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q5.1 — What is your return policy?
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a
14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order to cancel and return it for any
reason. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. In addition,
under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a 30-day right to reject any item that is faulty, not
as described, or not fit for purpose, for a full refund. Full details are available in our

Q5.2 — How do I initiate a return?
All return requests are accepted exclusively via email. Send
your request to [email protected] with subject line “Return Request
— [Order Number]”. Include your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return.
Q5.3 — Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We provide a free prepaid return label for all approved
returns across the United Kingdom. In the rare case that a prepaid label cannot be issued for your postcode, we
will reimburse your standard return postage (up to £5) along with your refund.
Q5.4 — How long does a refund take?
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection (typically 2–3 working
days after receipt), refunds are processed to your original payment method. In all cases, your refund will be
issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned item, in line with the Consumer Contracts
Regulations 2013.
