The terms on which Homework Store sells through this website. Plain conditions, governed by Indian law.
The business behind the site
Orders are fulfilled by Homework Store, a sole proprietorship in Jaipur, Rajasthan selling top-load washing machines and home appliances over the internet.
The range is top-load washing machines; semi and fully automatic models, and the shop page is the authoritative list.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer; ours is accepted at the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
If a price or a description is published in error we may cancel the order and refund in full, and we will tell you the same working day rather than shipping something at a price neither of us meant.
What things cost
Listings are priced in Indian Rupees inclusive of tax. Payment is by Cash on Delivery; see the Payment Policy and, for carriage, the Shipping Policy.
Delivery and returns
Read these terms together with the Shipping Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy; all three are part of the agreement.
Acceptable use
- content here, including images and copy, is ours and may not be lifted for another storefront
- please do not scrape, crawl aggressively or otherwise load the site in a way that spoils it for others
- an order placed dishonestly will not be fulfilled
Our liability
Liability covers description, condition and the delivery windows published on the Shipping Policy. It does not extend to courier delay we do not control or to use contrary to instructions. Your rights under Indian consumer law stand regardless.
Governing law
Indian law applies throughout, and any claim is to be brought before the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
If we update this page, the update does not reach back to orders already placed.
